Data licensing for AI
We help companies license the data they own, such as documents, records and recordings, to AI developers that need it for training and evaluation. AI teams come to us for licensed data they can’t find anywhere else.
Data licensingCompany sales and investment
We introduce companies to acquirers and investors, and acquirers to companies that may be open to a sale. Every introduction is handled in confidence, and our fee is paid on completion.

AI developers need large amounts of real, high-quality data: financial documents, contracts, conversations, recordings and expert-reviewed answers. Much of it sits inside companies and has never been published.
We find the developers that need it and manage the process from first contact to signed licence. The owner’s name isn’t shared until it has approved the buyer and the buyer has signed an NDA.
The licence is signed directly between owner and buyer, and the data passes from one to the other without going through us.

NDA
Interested buyers sign an NDA, and the owner approves each one.
Evaluation
The buyer reviews a sample under evaluation terms.
Licence
Owner and buyer sign the licence directly with each other.

Brokerage paid on completion
For data licensing and company sales there’s no retainer. Our fee is paid when a deal is signed, so we only do well when you do.
